MasEduQuest

Terms of use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms explain how you may use MasEduQuest. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use MasEduQuest.

1. Who we are

MasEduQuest is an online learning platform operated from the United Arab Emirates. It hosts the MasEduQuest academy at maseduquest.com and academies run by other organisations (for example at name.maseduquest.com or their own web address). You can reach us at hello@maseduquest.com.

When you use an academy run by another organisation, that organisation decides which courses it offers and who may join, and it may have its own rules in addition to these.

2. Free launch and fair use

  • MasEduQuest is free to use during the launch. We will not charge you without asking first.
  • Free use comes with fair-use limits, for example on how many AI requests you can make in a month or how much you can upload. Limits are there so the service stays fast and free for everyone; we may show them in the product and adjust them over time.
  • The platform is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features, and parts of the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of big changes, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create your own account.
  • Children and young people under 18 learn through a parent or guardian: the adult creates their own account and adds the child from the parent portal, and stays responsible for how the child's account is used.
  • Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us at hello@maseduquest.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in in your profile.
  • One person, one account. Do not share an account or create accounts automatically.

4. Acceptable use

Please use MasEduQuest to learn and to teach. You must not:

  • harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, violent, sexual or illegal content;
  • cheat: share or sell quiz and exam answers, have someone else take an assessment for you, or misrepresent a certificate;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, such as someone else's course, book, video or private information;
  • try to get into accounts, academies or data that are not yours, or test our security without written permission;
  • overload the service, scrape it at scale, send spam, or get around fair-use limits or sign-up checks;
  • use the platform to break any law that applies to you or to us.

If you break these rules we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious it is. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.

5. Courses and your content

  • Courses belong to the academy that publishes them. MasEduQuest owns the courses in its own academy; other academies own theirs. You may use courses for your own learning, but you may not copy, resell or republish them.
  • Your notes and answers are yours. You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store, process and show it to you (and, for assessments and progress, to the academy you are learning with) so the service works.
  • If you publish course material as an author or instructor, you confirm you have the right to do so and you give the academy and us permission to host and show it to its learners.

6. AI features

  • Some features use artificial intelligence, for example a study helper that answers questions about a lesson. AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important against the course material or a qualified person.
  • AI help is not professional advice (for example medical, legal, financial or safety advice) and must not be relied on as such.
  • Your conversations with the AI study helper are private to you. They are not shown to other learners, and they are not shared with your academy as a record of your work.
  • Course authors can use AI to help draft courses. AI-drafted course material is reviewed by a person before it is published.

7. Certificates

When you complete a course, the academy may issue a certificate with a code that anyone can check on our verification page. A certificate shows that you completed that course on MasEduQuest. It is not a government-recognised qualification unless the academy that issued it says so. Certificates obtained by cheating may be withdrawn.

8. Advertising

Some free, public pages of maseduquest.com show advertising from Google AdSense. Pages inside your learning account do not. See the Privacy policy for what that means for your data.

9. Closing your account

You can stop using MasEduQuest at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@maseduquest.com from the address on the account. We may close accounts that break these terms or that have been inactive for a long time, after giving notice where we can.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide MasEduQuest with reasonable care and skill, but during the free launch it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data you did not save elsewhere, or decisions made on the basis of course or AI content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes, for example when paid plans are introduced. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the product or by email before they apply. If you keep using MasEduQuest after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If we have a disagreement, please contact us first at hello@maseduquest.com; most problems can be sorted out quickly. If not, the courts of the United Arab Emirates will decide it.
