MasEduQuest

Features

Every module, in the order a training business meets it.

Set up the institution, build the course, deliver it, assess it, measure it, sell it, and run it anywhere in the world. Each section below is one module of the platform.

Free while we launch — every feature, fair-use limits.

Module 1 · Administration

Each institution runs itself, without ever contacting us.

A tenant admin console for the organisation and a super-admin console for the platform. Every admin action writes an audit row with actor, before and after.

  • Onboarding wizard

Name, logo, colours, domain, language, currency, time zone and payment gateway in under ten minutes. The result is a live branded portal.

  • Organisation structure

Departments, branches, cost centres and job roles. Bulk import from CSV or Excel, or sync from your HR system.

  • Roles you can clone and adjust

Owner, admin, content author, instructor, manager, auditor, learner and external partner, stored as a resource-by-action matrix.

  • Enrolment rules

Enrol by role, department, hire date or compliance due date. New joiners are enrolled automatically.

  • Groups of institutions

One owner can hold several tenants and see a consolidated dashboard across all of them.

  • Billing self-service

Plan, invoices, payment method and the payout account for storefront sales, all inside the console.

Module 2 · Course builder

From a folder of PDFs and videos to a sellable course in one afternoon.

Three ways in: upload what you already have, build from blocks, or let AI draft it. Publishing freezes a version so learners in progress are never broken.

  • Fourteen activity types

Video, document, rich page, SCORM and xAPI, quiz, assignment, practical checklist, simulation, live session, survey, audio, flashcards, reel quest and embed.

  • AI assistant with human review

Generate an outline from a title, a quiz from a PDF or transcript, a summary or a translation. Nothing reaches a learner without a reviewer.

  • Completion rules and drip

Prerequisites, drip schedules and completion rules such as watch 90 percent, score 80 percent or instructor sign-off.

  • Co-authoring and review

Comments, an author-to-reviewer-to-publish workflow, and a reusable content library shared across a tenant group.

  • One course, many languages

Language variants of a single course, RTL layout for Arabic, captions and transcripts throughout.

  • Learning paths and programs

Chain courses into a path with milestones and a program-level certificate.

Module 3 · Learner experience

The learner sees only their institution.

Its domain, logo, language and catalogue. Nothing says MasEduQuest unless the tenant wants it to.

  • A player that resumes anywhere

Continuous progress, notes, bookmarks, questions per lesson, downloadable resources, speed control and subtitles.

  • Mobile with offline mode

One app, tenant chosen at login. Drivers and field staff download a course bundle and learn without signal.

  • Micro-learning drip

A daily three-minute card by push or WhatsApp, with streaks, for people who learn in gaps between jobs.

  • An AI tutor that stays on topic

Answers only from the course content, switched on per tenant.

  • Learning passport

A lifetime transcript across every institution a learner has been part of, with a shareable certificate page.

Module 4 · Assessment and certification

Assess what was actually learned, then prove it.

A question bank per tenant, practical checklists on a phone, a certificate designer, and a compliance matrix that tells you who is overdue before the auditor does.

  • Assessment engine

Tagged question pools, random draws, attempt limits, cool-downs, timers, pass marks and negative marking.

  • Proctoring by level

From none, through webcam snapshots and full-screen lock, to AI flags with human review.

  • Practical assessment

An instructor ticks competencies on a phone with photo or video evidence and a GPS stamp. Built for road tests and QC inspections.

  • Certificates that verify

A designer with logo, signatures and QR code. Public verification at verify.maseduquest.com, Open Badges 3.0, expiry and recertification.

  • Compliance management

Role-by-training-by-frequency matrix, gap reports, regulator packs, an immutable audit trail and policy acknowledgement with e-signature.

Module 5 · Analytics

See which training works, and what it costs per outcome.

Every course, cohort, instructor, department and tenant is scored on the same metrics. This is the comparison no other platform makes.

  • Four levels of measurement

Reaction, learning, behaviour and results: survey scores, pre-and-post gain, manager observation, and incidents or defects before versus after.

  • Comparative analysis

Course versus course, version versus version, instructor versus instructor, department versus department, and an anonymised benchmark across tenants.

  • Learner-level intelligence

Risk prediction two weeks early, a skill gap map with recommended courses, time to proficiency and engagement scoring.

  • Dashboards by audience

Executive, training manager, line manager, instructor and learner each see the slice that matters to them.

  • Reports that deliver themselves

A report builder with scheduled delivery, export to Power BI and Grafana, and a weekly AI narrative summary.

Module 10 · Storefront and payments

Sell on your own domain, get paid in your own currency.

A public catalogue, checkout and payouts on every plan. Commission falls as the plan rises, and Enterprise tenants bring their own gateway keys.

  • Every pricing model

Free, one-off, instalments, subscription, seat packs, pay-what-you-want, coupons, early-bird and affiliates.

  • Regional gateways

Stripe Connect first, then Telr, Tap, Razorpay, PayMongo, Flutterwave and PIX. Cards everywhere; UPI, GCash, Mada, M-Pesa and bank transfer where they are used.

  • Tax and invoicing

Country tax rules, inclusive or exclusive pricing, compliant invoice numbering and e-invoice formats.

  • Payouts and wallets

Weekly or monthly payouts above a threshold, learner wallets, gift credits and a corporate prepaid training wallet.

  • A ledger for every movement

Double-entry for every sale, commission, refund, payout and subscription, reconciled nightly to gateway settlements.

  • Platform marketplace

Opt in to list your courses on the public marketplace, or license our Driver, QC and Safety packs for your own learners.

Module 12 · Global-first

Built for every market where an LMS is bought.

Every rule that differs by country is a configuration row, chosen per tenant and per learner, never code.

  • Country profiles

Tax rules, invoice fields, consent texts, retention periods, calendars, number formats and payment drivers, keyed by country.

  • Twenty UI languages

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Bahasa and more, with RTL layouts and AI translation of course content under human review.

  • Multi-currency

A tenant base currency, a learner display currency with daily rates, and settlement in the tenant's currency.

  • Time done properly

UTC under the hood, tenant and learner time zones, live classes in the viewer's zone, Hijri and Gregorian side by side.

  • Privacy and residency

UAE PDPL, GDPR, India DPDP and the rest; consent records, export and deletion requests, and a data-residency option per tenant.

Module 13 · Packages

Every feature is a package your plan switches on.

A tenant sees only what it is entitled to. The menu hides what is off, the API refuses it, and an upgrade card explains how to turn it on.

  • Included by plan

Core LMS, storefront and reels on every plan; Course builder Pro, live classes, CRM, helpdesk and integrations from Growth; analytics, corporate, white label and certification authority from Business.

  • Add-ons when you need them

Vertical packs, library, exams and proctoring, alumni and placement, each priced separately and switched on per tenant.

  • Quotas and metering

Storage, active learners, AI calls and video minutes are metered per package and feed overage billing.

  • Package trials

Try a package on your current plan before committing to the next tier up.

Module 16 · AI suite

AI built in everywhere, at near-zero cost.

One provider interface with a cost router: the cheapest capable model first, a stronger one only when needed. A tenant can bring its own key.

  • Authoring

Course outlines, lesson drafts and quizzes generated from a PDF, a video transcript or a URL, cached per source and queued for review.

  • Tutor and support

A tutor that answers only from course content, and a support bot that escalates to the helpdesk.

  • Transcription, translation and dubbing

Self-hosted captions, translation of courses and captions, and dubbing to Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog and more.

  • Grading against rubrics

A first pass against the rubric; the instructor confirms before results are released.

  • Privacy by default

No learner PII reaches an external model unless the tenant allows it. Residency tenants route to in-region models. AI-generated content is labelled.
